Hey there! We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return something, no worries—you have 14 days from when you receive it to let us know.
How to Return
To return an item, make sure it's in the same condition as when you got it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Don't forget the receipt or proof of purchase!

Once we approve your return, we'll send you a shipping label and instructions on how to send it back. Please note: if you send an item back without contacting us first, we won't be able to accept it.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Uh-oh! If your order arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, please let us know right away so we can fix it.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest way is to return what you have and make a new purchase after your return is accepted.
Refunds
We'll let you know once we get your return and inspect it. If everything checks out, we'll refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. Just a heads up—it might take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
