Shipping policy
We usually ship your order within 3 working days unless we mention otherwise. All orders are shipped with UPS.
Please note, apalo isn't responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you’re outside of Europe, please be aware that any additional import duties or taxes when your package arrives are your responsibility. Also, customs checks might cause some delays, which are out of our control.
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
